Pumpkin Delights

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups baking mix (bisquick)
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 3 ounces cream cheese
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 cups confectioners' sugar

Recipe

• 1 in a large bowl combine sugar, vegetable oil, pumpkin and eggs. beat for 1 minute. add baking mix, cinnamon and raisins. spread in greased, 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan. bake at 350, for 25 minutes.
• 2 frosting: beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. gradually add confectioners sugar. spread over cooled bars.
