Light Sugar Cinnamon Almonds

Ingredients
- 3 1/4 cups whole almonds
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup splenda granular
- 3 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- 2 line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 3 in a bowl combine sugar and cinnamon.
- 4 in another large bowl beat egg until slightly frothy.
- 5 stir in vanilla and salt.
- 6 add almonds to egg mixture and toss to coat.
- 7 then pour cinnamon sugar mixture into almonds and toss to coat.
- 8 spread sugar coated almonds on lined baking sheet.
- 9 bake 25 minutes; stir after 10 minutes.
- 10 let cool and remove from pan.
