Tropical Fruit Crisp

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
  • 2 (24 ounce) jars tropical mixed fruit, drained
  • vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; set aside.
  • 2 pour fruit in a 10x8-inch baking dish. sprinkle crumb mixture over top.
  • 3 bake in 350°f oven, 40 minutes. serve with ice cream or frozen yogurt.
