Oil-free Granola

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup apple juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 1. stir together oats, brown sugar, coconut and cinnamon.
  • 2 2. in a small bowl, mix juice, honey and vanilla.
  • 3 3. drizzle over oat mixture, stirring to coat.
  • 4 4. spread onto large baking sheet.
  • 5 5. bake at 300 for 45 minutes, stirring every so often.
  • 6 6. cool and then add dried fruit, if desired.
