Ingredients
- 1/2-1 cup applesauce
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (more or less)
Recipe
- 1 add cinnamon to applesauce and stir until completely combined. (if you don't have any applesauce a mashed ripe banana or even some pudding works in a pinch)
- 2 eat it quickly as you really don't want to taste this much as the cinnamon can be a bit intense, but make sure you mixed it thoroughly or it might make you cough.
- 3 if you are like me you should sense relief in 10 - 15 minutes.
- 4 get some sleep.
