Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup milk or 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- flax seed, if desired
Recipe
- 1 put oats and milk/water into a plate.
- 2 heat in microwave for 30 sec.
- 3 take out the plate.
- 4 add vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon.
- 5 if desired, add 1 tablespoon of flax seed.
- 6 microwave for another 30 sec.
- 7 voila! delicious recipe.
