Oatmeal Delight

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal, 5 minute, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed, grounded
  • 1/4 cup fruit (any kind)
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 cook the oatmeal as per package directions. place fruit in bowl. add oatmeal, flaxseeds, milk. stir ingredients together. top with cinnamon.
