- 1/4 cup oatmeal, 5 minute, uncooked
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon flax seed, grounded
- 1/4 cup fruit (any kind)
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1/4 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 cook the oatmeal as per package directions. place fruit in bowl. add oatmeal, flaxseeds, milk. stir ingredients together. top with cinnamon.
