Easy Cheese Pie

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 2/3 cups cottage cheese
• 1 cup pineapple tidbits (in its own juice)
• 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
• 1 egg
• 5 packets artificial sweetener
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• cinnamon

Recipe

• 1 mash the cottage cheese.
• 2 soften gelatin in pineapple juice from tidbits.
• 3 combine all the ingredients.
• 4 pour into 9" pie plate.
• 5 sprinkle top of pie with cinnamon.
• 6 bake 350 degrees f for 30 minutes.
• 7 refrigerate.
