Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 1/3 cup dry instant coffee
- 2 cups brandy
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 vanilla bean
Recipe
- 1 bring water to boil, add brown sugar, lower heat, stir til sugar is dissolved.
- 2 remove from heat add coffee and brandy, pour into bottle, drop in vanilla bean and cinnamon stick, seal.
- 3 let stand 30-90 days.
