Quinoa Breakfast With Cranberries And Almonds

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup rinsed quinoa
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (or to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients but cinnamon. bring to boil over medium heat. reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20 minutes.
  • 2 stir in cinnamon, cover again, and let sit one minute.
  • 3 enjoy your hot breakfast!
