- 1 cup rinsed quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (or to taste)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients but cinnamon. bring to boil over medium heat. reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20 minutes.
- 2 stir in cinnamon, cover again, and let sit one minute.
- 3 enjoy your hot breakfast!
