Oatmeal Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit
  • 1/2 cup ice cube
  • 1 g stevia
  • ground cinnamon, to taste
  • 1 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 pulse oats in blender until powdery.
  • 2 add 1 cup of water and incorporate the other ingredients.
  • 3 blend until smooth.
