Cooking Light's Caramel Pears

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 dash ground cloves
- 2 peeled pears, cored and cut into 1-inch wedges (bosc)
- 2 tablespoons rum
Recipe
- 1 combine the first 4 ingredients in a med saucepan, bring to a boil. reduce heat, simmer for 5 minutes add pears, cook until tender (abt 10 mins). pour rum into sauce pan, cook 1 minute divide pears and sauce between two dishes.
