cranberry apple crisp

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • filling:
  • 4 cups sliced apples
  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons truvia® baking blend
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • topping:
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons truvia® baking blend
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon molasses
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 40 mins Ready Time: 1 hr

  • preheat oven to 375 degrees f.
  • place apples and cranberries in a large bowl; add water, lemon juice, truvia®baking blend, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg; toss to coat the fruit.
  • spray 9 x 9-inch baking dish with non-stick spray; place fruit mixture in dish.
  • in a separate bowl, combine topping ingredients; stir to form crumbly mixture.
  • sprinkle crumb mixture on top of fruit.
  • bake 35 to 40 minutes until apples are tender.
