Sugar-free Raisin Bar

Ingredients

- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan over medium heat, cook raisins, water, margarine, cinnamon, nutmeg until margarine is melted, continue cooking for 3 minutes.
- 2 stir together all remaining ingredients ending with flour. add to raisin mixture until well blended.
- 3 spread in a 8-inch square baking dish that has been sprayed with pam.
- 4 bake at 350f for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
