Maple Cinnamon Protein Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 cook oats to package directions.
  • 2 add protein powder, maple syrup, and cinnamon and stir well.
