Low Carb Blender Custard Pie

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 1/4 cup softened margarine
  • 2 cups heavy cream or 2 cups half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients, in order listed, into blender and whirl until thoroughly blended.
  • 2 pour into buttered casserole dish.
  • 3 sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  • 4 bake at 375 for 45-60 minutes, or until set in the center.
